So, how was your 2020? If your answer to this question is anything other than, "It was an absolute disaster of a year," then consider yourself to be extremely lucky. This year was such a nightmare that for most of us it felt like we survived a decade as opposed to 365 days of intense dread. Rather than focus on ourselves though, let's laugh instead at all the hilarious ways some people's 2020 ended up going down the tubes. 1. "And That, Kids, Is Why You Wear a Life Vest"
Fire hoses can be really useful in extinguishing a fire, but did you know that it can make people fly as well? These kids were playing with a fire hose during the coast guard demo and we feel bad for the poor guy who was at the receiving end of it.
After this little incident, we can hope that they start a new training exercise called "What Not To Do When Demonstrating Equipment."
2. That's One Smart Cat
Cats are pretty smart animals, and if you disagree with us look at this mess that the cat created. You may think, “Oh, cats can be mischievous and sometimes they create a big mess. No big deal!” But there is an “inspiring” story behind this mess.
The owner closed the bathroom door and forgot to open it. So, the super-smart kitty didn't poop anywhere else in the home. Instead, he split the litter bag himself and pooped on it. What do we learn here? Well, necessity is the mother of invention, especially when it comes to poop.
3. All He Wanted Was To Enjoy His Nutella In Peace
It is so great to see that caring people still exist. This guy came into his room to eat and enjoy Nutella in the most common way: by spreading it on a slice of plain white bread. Yummy! But the laptop gave him a look similar to the one Puss in Boots made in Shrek.
Apparently, the laptop was only interested in Nutella and the guy seems to be in love with the laptop. You can either believe what we told you or simply assume that this guy had a really bad day.
4. When The Glass Door is Clearer Than Your Future
At first, you may think of it as some sort of a marketing tactic. But it is as real as it gets. We feel bad for the young lady.
Has it ever happened that you were walking into or out of a room or building and crashed into a glass that was so clean and transparent that you couldn't see it? It can be a really embarrassing experience.
5. The Worst Tenants Ever
People have had to house some pretty bad tenants in the past, but we don't think anyone's had to deal with tenants who invited livestock into their house. This big guy and three of his friends somehow got into a newly built Montana house and lived there for almost a month.
By the looks of the mess they created, they clearly deserve the award for the "Worst Tenants Ever." On the plus side, that is good fertilizer on the floor.
6. A Visit To Nature's Acupuncturist
This person made a big mistake when he decided to put his head in a tree’s hole to take a look inside. Well, this is how the occupant inside defended their home.
His note to himself should be: never ever stick head in random holes. We have to say that this new treatment for male pattern baldness was a complete success despite some complaints from the patient.
7. This Guy Deserves A Refund From The Prosthetics Company
This person went to open the fridge because he thought his hand was correctly connected. The look on his face tells the entire story.
We feel a little bad for him, but he should be fine as long as his head is properly connected.
8. That is Just Adding Insult To Injury
If you feel your day didn't go well at all, just have a look at what happened to this "lucky" man.
Our recommendation to this guy is to appeal the ticket because what are the odds of getting hit by a car and then getting fined for wrong parking.
9. Luck Favors The Coward
This person threw a fly swatter at - yes, you've guessed it right - a fly and it seems like lady luck was on that flying coward's side.
Even if this person intentionally tried to get the fly swatter stuck, we are 100% sure they won't succeed. If you're thinking "how the hell can throwing a fly swatter kill the fly?" then you should know that it was a frustration throw and nothing else.
10. When The Sun Has a Grudge Against You
This person decided to put the visor down in the side to block the sun and the sun was like "you can't hide your face from me, son."
We feel bad for this guy because his face tells how hopeless he is. By the way, short people may feel the pain after looking at this photo.
11. Real-Life Scene From Sitcom Scrubs
After reading what happened to the person who had to go to the London zoo for a scan, we felt like it must be a scene from a famous American medical comedy-drama television series Scrubs.
We feel bad for that person because it can be really awkward to go to an elephant scanner. Given that obesity is a global problem, we think it is not so uncommon.
12. Someone's Not Getting On Their Flight Today
It seems like someone went to the washroom and forgot their ticket along with the passport.
We don't want to make fun of the situation, but doesn't it look like they had a "crappy" experience?
13. That's A "Crappy" Situation
So this person bought a brand new Roomba and wanted to see if it really worked and cleaned the home or not.
The puppy who was watching this cleaning robot decided to test its effectiveness and pooped on the floor. The Roomba ran over the poop and started to "clean" the rest of the house. Good work Roomba, you deserve an award.

So the parent of this lovely tortoise came back home to find him like this and it is so hilarious.
It seems like the turtle pooped and, somehow, the poop got stuck on his foot and he ran in circles trying to get it off and eventually flipped over. You can't make this up.

If you think that your day has been bad, have a look at this mistake. We’re sure you will feel bad for the person behind this.
Someone accidentally tipped over a satellite that will cost $135 million to fix. Now that's one reason to leave the Earth.

You start your day off with a turmeric smoothie that soon changes from a nutri-bullet to a nutri-Rocket.
Just so you may know, turmeric stains don't come off easily. At least the landlady sees the humor in it. But that's going to be one hell of a clean-up.

Some people will say it is very appropriate and there's no false advertising here. Any Ford Fiesta Flame fans out there?

It's almost as if they knew this would happen when they produced it. So there is truth in their advertising.

This is hilarious because it was just a small crash while also revealing how much makeup the woman in the back seat had on.
It seems like the makeup would have easily been visible even without a crash. So it is true that a seat belt can save a life.

So this student was apparently going to school and no one even bothered to wake him/her.
For a moment, that student must have thought that he/she was watching some dream. Like they say, you snooze you lose.

One of the worst ways to feel pain is by getting attacked by cactus - if you don't believe us, then give it a try.
Nature does find weird and wacky ways to hurt humans and this is one prime example of that happening. We honestly do feel bad for this guy.

We just feel that Hunter Fisher is a thousand times better than Benjamin Holcomb. Life must be hard for him as he might have spent years making people believe that his real name is indeed Hunter Fisher.
By the way, can this guy take the news channel to court for giving false information? We think so he should.

If you ever wanted to see a photo with "so much NOPE," well this is the one that should make you feel anxious and scared.
This person wanted to get to their room and they had to get through it. Most of us in this situation would have happily spent the night on the street.

We feel for the car’s owner because someone was so mad at them that they decided to throw a sink at the car, which then got stuck into it.
The only possible explanation is that the person who threw the sink must be drunk. Or maybe that person saw the owner of this car not wash their hands after using the club’s bathroom. Who knows!

This person proposed to their girlfriend and while he was doing it, he dropped the ring down a gopher hole.
And just so you may know, the gopher didn't return the ring. Instead, he kept the ring and proposed to his gopher girlfriend. They are married and have a lot of kids now.

This is by far our favorite photo because she got a bubble in her eye while leaving with her husband.
And by the way, that little girl in a beautiful green dress is serving up some extra fabulousness.

We wish there were some way we could say that this person's meth lab did all this damage but that is not true.
They should consider themselves lucky because no one was injured. Our recommendation is to step away slowly, close the door and pretend it didn’t happen.

This person really needed money and went to the ATM to withdraw some of it.
Well, the ATM decided to shut off with their card in it. And who knew that the ATM used Windows 7?

Any fans of the famous sitcom Friends here? Well, this person wanted to even out his tan and it seems like he should have worn a shirt while doing it.
This reminded us of how Ross tried to go with a tanned body. It is one of the hilarious scenes from the show.

This person was opening a package of Band-Aids and accidentally got a cut on his finger. We still feel that he is lucky because he didn't have to search the whole house for a Band-Aid.
Are Band-Aids living things? It is because they seem to run and hide from us when we need them the most.

This person waited almost 14 years just to see this moment and missed it. But we think that they got a perfectly balanced number.
Some people may get disturbed by the fact that this person was driving the car at 20mph.

Usually a memo is issued if road repairs are happening in the neighborhood. We think he didn’t read it or ignored it.
From the looks of it, we bet the owner of this car decided to ignore the memo. And respect for the construction crew for not delaying work because of this person.

But the pigeon was like, "You can’t take my picture as I haven’t received my royalty check."

It seems like the person couldn’t take a bath at home (due to reasons we don’t know) and the car driver was like “give me the honor of giving you a bath.”
Although we can make fun of the lucky people, there should be some sort of punishment for drivers who don’t care for others around them.

We absolutely love this one because it seems like someone out there felt super uncomfortable as they were drinking breast milk for quite some time and the funny part is that they may never tell their colleagues about it.
Now we are 100% sure no one will try to eat or drink anything that belongs to this lady.

This is not an “eggcelent” sight for the workers who broke a lot of eggs and now have to clean the mess as well.
Remember the Instagram egg that broke Instagram with just a caption" Let’s set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram. Beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)! We got this". Well, now the egg has almost 55 million likes.
48. The Son of Megamind (oops We Meant Tinymind)
So a student from Gothenburg, Sweden, had a crazy allergic reaction to the hair dye. The photo went viral on the internet.
And to that guy’s surprise, there were other people too that had almost the same allergic reaction to the hair dye.

This person was feeling stressful so he started squeezing the stress ball to relieve stress and muscle tension and you know what happened next: the stress ball exploded.
