It’s safe to say that we’ve all been through a bad situation or two in life. It’s inevitable, and all we can do is try to deal with it the best way we can. Though this is not always easy, some people out there have certainly mastered the art of trying their hardest in the midst of chaos. In this article, we take a look at folks who found themselves in a very tough spot but somehow managed to come out alive and thriving!
1. Being An Absolute Gentleman
Almost every concert has people who just have to climb on someone’s shoulders. To be honest, it always looks like so much fun that we never really put much thought into the person who is carrying them.
This guy certainly put things into perspective for us. While the girl is having the time of her life, he certainly can’t say the same.
2. “White Girl Problems”
Okay, so it’s hard to say if this picture is true or it’s just another prank by those who love making others uncomfortable around them. If it is true though, either this guy has a white girlfriend or he is about to be in a relationship with one.
Props to him for doing his best to understand what he’s about to deal with.
3. When You Really Need The Money
With millions of people unemployed as a result of the difficult economic repercussions of the current health crisis, people continue to do their best to stay afloat. The owner of this closed bar decided to be creative and invited his staff to pose for calendar pictures to be sold.
The money raised from each calendar sold will be given to each employee.
4. Three Second Rule
It’s hard to describe the disappointment of carrying something yummy while looking forward to eating it... and suddenly dropping it all on the floor. This guy chose to be a champ about it though since he reacted quickly to the situation.
He realized that there was nothing he could do about it, so he chose to eat whatever hadn’t touched the floor.
5. He Really Needed That Nap
Sometimes in life, all we need is a nap to get through it. And the guy in this picture seems to have mastered the art of napping during his commute back and forth from work in the weirdest way.
His technique is certainly a little bit disturbing, but in his defense, he is just making sure he doesn’t wake up with a sore neck.
6. When You’re Not Into “Screen Free” Sundays
With technology becoming an increasingly permanent part of our day-to-day lives, many parents continue to try to find ways to entertain their kids away from their phones.
So when this family had the brilliant idea of implementing “screen-free Sundays” at home, two members of the family weren't impressed at all. At least everyone else was trying to make the best out of the situation.
7. Honesty Is A Virtue
Being a parent is hard, but being a parent while working from home when your kids are stuck with you on lockdown is an entirely different level.
So instead of putting on a brave face and simply telling the news to her viewers, this woman named Gretchen Goldman decided to show everyone what the reality of working from home really looks like.
8. Driving A Taxi Can Be Pretty Boring
We have to give props to taxi drivers, their profession is not easy at all. They have to deal with traffic on a daily basis, annoying people, and sometimes, really dull moments in between car rides.
But when these two taxi drivers found themselves in the middle of a gridlock they chose to break out a chessboard and practice their skills.
9. Standing Desks Are Not For Everyone
While standing desks have gained prominence in several workplaces around the world, some people are not as impressed with them, they’d rather just sit.
In fact, as we can see in this picture, some people are willing to develop neck problems instead of simply standing and working comfortably. At least he knows exactly what he wants, so props to him for that.
10. Accepting The Baldness
Many people go bald, either with age or because of their genetic composition. Either way, it’s not generally something most guys say they look forward to. But when this man saw that there was nothing else he could do to prevent the baldness he decided to embrace it.
He decided to embrace the baldness by getting a cute goat tattoo mimicking eating his remaining hair as his food.
11. “I Wasn’t Actually Sleeping”
Celebrities give hundreds of interviews a year, especially legends such as Morgan Freeman. We often forget that they’re human just like we are, so when Freeman fell asleep in the middle of an interview, the world went bonkers.
He did choose to address the situation though, by claiming that he wasn’t actually sleeping, he was actually in the middle of beta testing for his new Google Eyelids.
12. Joining The Party
Now, we’re not a hundred percent sure about what’s happening in this picture, but one young guy sure wanted to join the party. When he realized that a group of girls was suddenly flashing whoever was taking the picture, he decided to join the party.
The photo ended up being hilarious though since the guy is clearly excluded in the background.
13. Sometimes You Just Have To Improvise
We’re just going to say this one the way that it is. It sucks when we’re in the middle of doing something and the item that we’re using finishes.
For this guy, it was wrapping paper, but he wasn’t willing to let that kill his flow. He simply improvised instead, by getting a piece of cardboard and drawing on it.
14. Holding On To Old Habits During Quarantine
With the world’s current health situation, many people have refrained from leaving home, which also means that they haven’t had the chance to get into any public transport.
This guy seems to miss those subway days and clearly hasn't lost the habit. He was caught doing exactly what he did every morning, though instead of the subway, he was actually leaning on to his bathtub.
15. The Perfect Disguise For His Problem
While none of us can run from our issues forever, we can certainly disguise them for as long as we can. And this guy did exactly that.
Though he is aware of his drinking problem, instead of trying to approach it, he decided to highlight other people’s problems. With the way he put things in his message, the drinking problem is there to stay.
16. Not Everyone Is Into P.E Class On Zoom
This year, kids from all walks of life have had to adapt to a new reality: zoom lessons. This kid has clearly mastered the art of studying from home, as he seems to have it all figured out.
Since he didn’t feel like a P.E lesson that day, he simply put a sports shirt on to cooperate but hasn’t given up on his bag of chips.
17. An Impressive Cover Up
Unfortunately, some people don’t quite understand why it’s important to find the right tattoo artist for that permanent ink on our bodies.
When it comes to tattoos, we might want to really take the time to research and put some money into it, since the thing is there to stay. Luckily, this person found a way to cover up their bad decision with a much better tattoo artist.
18. When You Just Have To Hide It
A bump or mark in our car is another thing most of us experience at least once or twice in our vehicle's life.
And sometimes times are hard and we can’t simply fix it right away. Luckily, this guy has discovered the art of “covering up” when he decided to simply put a design on top of the bump on his car.
19. A New Type Of Fashion
Fashion continues to become more versatile as the years pass, and we can say that we’ve seen some pretty unusual things on the runway.
One thing’s for sure though, we haven’t seen whatever type of fashion this girl is introducing, and we’re not sure we’re ready for it. If she simply made an honest mistake when she was getting dressed though, then she is totally rocking it.
20. A Great Sense Of Humor
Now here’s a good reminder for all of us to give thanks and to appreciate our bodies and our legs. This military veteran lost his leg in war, but decided to make the best out of the situation.
Instead of lamenting, he went on to wear a hilarious shirt that reads “it’s official, I’m on my last leg,” surely putting things into perspective for us.
21. When You’re Thirsty Everything Goes
Here’s a sign we never thought we would read. If this isn’t a joke, then we can’t possibly imagine who would drink water from a public toilet’s urinal.
But apparently, someone was definitely doing it to the point that these guys decided to put up a sign to try to prevent the next person from drinking the not-so-fresh water from the urinal.
22. Earth Is Overrated, Let’s Get Out
This year has been really hard. We have all collectively gone through one of the hardest and unprecedented years in the history of humankind, and suddenly Earth doesn’t seem that great anymore.
Someone definitely decided to take the situation as a great way of asking for support for NASA, since the Earth has become overrated anyway. Let’s all just go to space.
23. “We’re Doing Great”
When this guy was left alone with his triplets for the first time, he decided to troll his wife in the cutest way possible. He posted this picture on Reddit with the caption: “Wife left me alone with the kids for the first time and after asking for an update I sent her this.”
He clearly had things under control but their facial expressions were priceless.
24. Duct Tape Everywhere
Here’s something we don’t see every day, or ever… If there is one person winning in life while living through some chaos it’s this guy!
He actually went all the way to duct tape his entire car, either to fix something or (hopefully not) to create a DIY design for the win. While we can’t say the design is stunning, it sure is unique.
25. Covering Up A Swastika
As we grow and expose ourselves to different ways of thinking, some of our beliefs may shift. For this person one thing is true, they sure decided well when they went on to cover up a Swastika tattoo.
But while cover-ups are usually somewhat “creative”, this person was willing to get rid of the evil symbol by having a Windows logo tattooed.
26. Waiting For The Right Moment
How exciting was it when we were younger and it would rain like crazy, to the point that the small “lake” formed in our street became perfect to play around with paper boats?
Well, these guys took the whole game to another level, when they actually built a whole cruise ship and waited for the next rainy season to arrive.
27. Single And Ready To Mingle
Separating or getting divorced is one of the hardest things a person may experience. Unfortunately though, it’s extremely common, and sometimes we just need to come to terms with it.
This guy seems to have definitely accepted his new reality when he decided to let the world know that the spot in his heart had opened up and he was ready to fill it.
28. Wrong Car, Sorry!
This picture is both hilarious and painful at the same time. The owner of this car might have gotten the fright of their lives when they realized that someone had written something huge on the window.
It must have been confusing though when they realized that the message had not only been positive but also done in the wrong car.
29. No Such Thing As Pain
When this good boy went under a cave to check what was interesting in there, he ended up coming back with this thing stuck on his head.
His parents were worried but that only lasted for a second. It almost seems like he doesn’t feel one thing since he is still proudly smiling for coming back alive. We simply don’t deserve dogs!
30. The Biker Wins
People who don’t care about others when they park are just annoying. It’s not only inconsiderate but also a total show of disrespect for others on the road.
Luckily, whoever was driving this bike couldn’t be less bothered. They simply parked their bike in the remaining space that was there and went on with their day as if nothing had happened.
31. Going Back To School Isn’t... But For Mom And Dad
For those super parents who have survived being stuck with their children for months at home, this aisle is for you. It sure hasn’t been easy, and this supermarket ended up making the funniest mistake.
Somehow things got shifted around and the alcohol aisle ended up under the sign “back to school”. There couldn’t be a more appropriate time to make that mistake though.
32. She Probably Had To Meet A Deadline
Traffic can be a total pain, and we all know how stressful it is to have a tight deadline approaching. So although we didn't exactly understand why this woman pulled her laptop out of her bag while she was still on her motorcycle, it was probably for something important.
Needless to say that everyone around her thought the situation was hilarious.
33. Anything To Make It Work
How annoying is it when you’re trying to open a soda can but the opening is not collaborating? Well, instead of being annoyed and giving up on it, this person decided to get creative.
They went on to open the soda can in a very interesting way and ended up being able to enjoy it just as much as they wanted to.
34. No Need To Assemble
Now here’s an interesting suggestion. Sometimes the last thing we feel like doing is assembling a new piece of furniture. Though a bedside table seems easy enough, maybe this person was just having a bad day and needed a break.
Instead, they demonstrated an interesting trick. They simply used the cardboard box where the bedside table came in as the bedside table itself.
35. Not Everyone Has A Huge Budget
Low budget movies and TV shows have to use whatever resources they have to create the best quality possible - but unfortunately, some things require a bit of a generous budget.
For example, this show clearly didn’t have access to the tools they needed for this scene, so they used a pair of bathroom scrubbers instead. Hopefully, no one noticed it.
36. A Not So Accurate Weather Station
When this person shared a photo of their local news station segment people couldn’t have found it more hilarious. She claimed that though the local weather station never seems to get the right forecast conditions in the broadcast, garbage related news surely makes the cut.
At least the station’s viewers get to have a good laugh despite the terrible weather conditions.
37. The Art Of Selling A Mirror
If you’ve never tried to sell a mirror then you don’t really know the pain of trying to take a picture of it to post online.
No one likes to have their faces on when advertising something for sale, but for these people, it seemed absolutely impossible to take a picture of the mirror without having some part in it.

This picture is a hilarious reminder that sometimes we know nothing! Canadians hear countless jokes about their plastic money but have proven that they actually have it all figured out.
Their plastic money is a brilliant way of ensuring that no one will ever lose a cent as a result of it being wet. They’re right, who is laughing now?
39. Keeping His Identity Safe
Okay, if this guy is not hilarious, then we don't know who is. When he found out he had won the lottery, he realized that if he didn’t keep his identity safe then all of those clingy family members would start appearing from nowhere.
So he decided to not take the risk of everyone seeing he had won, and wore a mask.
40. Creating Chaos With Their Own Hands
Someone in this office did something unthinkable. They arrived at the office before anyone else and decided to change every keyboard’s letters N and M.
Since everyone is so used to typing in a specific way, they wanted to see how long people would survive in the middle of the chaos they had created. Hopefully, some of them were able to take the prank positively.
